Joining a Certified SCGA Affiliate Golf Club
A Weekend Golf Club has achieved the highest level of rating through the SCGA Handicap Certification program.
We have successfully demonstrated a strong knowledge of the rules of handicapping as well as implementation of SCGA/USGA handicap procedures (certificate on file and with the Southern California Golf Association).
